23 days and going strong! I try really hard to do new gratitudes every day and that's a challenge! I'm enjoying evolving my anchors with time- not necessarily changing them but changing how I word them. I like this challenge of addressing each night what was good, what I want to be, what I am grateful for and what tomorrow holds.
